Role Summary We are looking for two Waiting List Co-Ordinators to work within our newly built Endoscopy Diagnostic Centre based at Tiverton Hospital which is due to open April 5 however we require these positions to be filled as soon as possible.
The Endoscopy Unit provides diagnostic endoscopic procedures for patients across the Eastern and Northern region of Devon and you will play a key role in providing an efficient service to the clinical Endoscopy team and our patients.

More detail about the role If you are an individual who is organised, enthusiastic, motivated and adaptable with an eye for attention to detail and accuracy to join our small team in this busy department then you are a team member we are looking for.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate ability in using their initiative, have excellent organizational communication / interpersonal skills and IT skills, they must be a team player, be professional and reliable with excellent customer service skills.
This role will be based at our Tiverton site however you will need to be based initially at our Exeter site for training before moving to Tiverton during April 5.
We are also asking for some flexibility around periods of absence which may involve you having to work at both Tiverton and Exeter to ensure resilience within the overall team.
Full training will be given on our in-house software systems.
The two posts are full-time over 5 days.
Part-time hours may be considered for a job share.
