Exeter College is an Outstanding provider of Further Education, including our Adult Learning Programmes. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Coordinator within our Adult Learning and Higher Education provision.

**About this role**

**Key area of responsibility include**:

- Administrative responsibility for learner recruitment, experience, engagement, and achievement.
- Providing general administrative support for the Directorship of Adult Learning and Higher Education.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent communication skills, who can multi-task, produce work to an accurate, high standard and have a flexible, confident approach to working within a busy environment. As the first point of contact for many of our students and visitors, excellent customer service skills are crucial for this role. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and to take responsibility for the efficient running of the administration and co-ordination.

You will need to be confident in using a range of IT packages including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, you will also be given the opportunity to further develop you knowledge and skills with IT systems, including various college systems, so the ability to learn and adapt to new packages is essential.

Experience of working in education and/or supporting adults is desirable for this role.
