Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with families, external agencies, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for individuals.

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and making a positive impact on the Team Leaders and support workers under your management. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to build and strengthen a cohesive team across our services.

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced leader who is ready to make a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in managing or supervising teams in a care setting, preferably with adults with learning disabilities.

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and find creative solutions to challenges.
