About the Role

This service supports adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Physical Disabilities, promoting independence and a high quality of life.

- To manage a team of carers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
About You

- A qualified Registered Manager with experience in adult care services.
- An ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive work culture.
- Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with service users, families and staff.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Package Details
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include pension scheme, annual leave and training opportunities.
