Salary: The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Registered Manager for a residential service providing care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Physical Disabilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of care staff, promoting independence and supporting residents to achieve their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of learning disabilities and autism, and experience in managing residential care services. A relevant qualification such as QCF Level 5 or equivalent is essential.
