Registered Manager - Leading Care Service

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to join our residential care team in Exeter. This exceptional opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role.

About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to lead a team of professionals who strive to deliver outstanding person-centred care. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • A proven track record as a Registered Manager, preferably in a Learning Disabilities setting
  • Hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent (e.g., Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care)
  • Excellent staff management skills, with a focus on developing a motivated and skilled team
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to achieving outstanding results
