Job Title: Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Exeter area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and a strong understanding of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and management to a team of staff members
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centered care to service users
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for service users and staff

Requirements:

* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification
* Strong staff management skills and excellent communication skills
* Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding results
