## Job Title: Registered Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Exeter area.

### Job Summary

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs. You will lead a team of dedicated staff and work closely with service users, their families, and external partners to deliver person-centered care.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines
* Collaborate with external partners to provide a seamless service
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and make improvements as needed
