Job Description

Experienced Registered Manager Required

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Exeter area.

This service provides care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs, aiming to promote independence and quality of life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the residential and supported living service
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive support

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in Learning Disabilities
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
