Registered Manager Learning Disabilities - We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager for a fantastic residential service in the Exeter area.
This service provides residential care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
The Registered Manager will be offered a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
Job Summary:- Lead and manage a team of staff providing high-quality care services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure excellent care standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse qualification.
- Proven experience in managing a residential care service.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
