Responsibilities:
  • To provide strategic direction for the service, aligning with organisational goals and quality objectives.
  • To develop and implement effective budgets, minimising legal risks and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • To promote and implement policies and procedures, enhancing the service's reputation and satisfaction among service users.
  • To assess the effectiveness of support and nursing implementation, identifying areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care is required.
  • Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
