Disability and Learning Needs Assistant

We are seeking a committed and caring individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other staff members to provide support and enable students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Support students with specific disabilities or learning needs
- Develop and implement personalized support plans
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- G.C.S.E.s in Maths and English (Grade 4 or C)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
