Care Manager for Learning Disabilities

SCR Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced and quality focused Care Manager to lead a fantastic residential service in the Exeter area.
This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Physical Disabilities and aims to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high standards of care are maintained and developing relationships with service users, their families and external agencies.
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of adult social care principles and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Based on your experience and qualifications, we estimate your annual salary to be in the region of £38,000.
