Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Home Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the administration, care, and people management functions of our learning disabilities service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, while developing your career as a leader in healthcare.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To provide leadership and direction for the service, ensuring that it meets its objectives and delivers high-quality care.
  2. To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in care and support.
  3. To manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that the service operates within its means.
  4. To maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and other professionals.
  5. To lead and motivate a team of staff, promoting their development and well-being.
Requirements:
A minimum of Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care, along with experience of working in a similar role. The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to work collaboratively as part of a team are also essential.
