Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 per annum.

Job Description:

As a Clinical Lead in Intellectual Disability Psychiatry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, working closely with patients, families, and carers to achieve positive outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of service strategy and policy, ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
* GMC registration
* Significant experience in adult psychiatry, particularly in intellectual disability services
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
