Company Overview:

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with intellectual disabilities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred services.

Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum.

Job Description:

As a Psychiatrist Specialising in Inpatient Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities, you will work in a fast-paced environment, assessing patients' mental health needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
* GMC registration
* Experience in adult psychiatry, particularly in intellectual disability services
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
