We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Coordinator to join our team at Homegroup. As a key member of our specialist team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our vulnerable customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the health and safety of the building by patrolling to ensure fire doors are secure and investigating any suspicious activity.
  • To work independently using technology to monitor CCTV, update customer records, and complete online learning.
  • To provide a first point of contact for our customers when our wider team or their own support network are not available.
