Adult Day Services Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at InFocus. As a key member of our adult day service, you will play a vital role in empowering young adults with person-centred care, enabling them to make informed decisions, achieve their personal goals, and develop daily living skills.
InFocus is committed to providing an excellent induction programme, including mandatory training, to ensure a smooth transition into the role. You will have opportunities for professional growth and development, including funding for a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, if required.
The shift pattern involves working three days per week, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:30, with days to be agreed upon during the interview stage. The service observes Easter and Christmas holiday periods, requiring staff to take annual leave during this time.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
