Care Navigator/Receptionist

Job summary Hawthorn Drive Surgery is looking for two part time care navigator/receptionists to join our friendly and experienced team, as part of the care navigator/reception team you will support the team provide care for over 10,000 patients.You'll need excellent communication and computer skills, along with a 'can-do' attitude, full training and support will be given.
Main duties of the job Duties and responsibilitiesMaking appointmentsContacting patients as requiredGiving out resultsHome visit requestsDeal with general enquiries and complaintsAnswering external calls from patients and internal calls from other staff membersGreet and direct patients and visitorshanding out prescriptionsgiving out and taking in new patient registrations About us Hawthorn Drive Surgery is at the center of the Chantry estate in Ipswich, the surgery looks after 10,000 patients.
