The L&D Coordinator role 
The L&D Coordianator will work with the People Development Business Partner and HR Business Partners to support the delivery and implementation of agreed training needs. This will include the sourcing, booking and organising of internal and external training courses as well as the development and maintenance of our Learning Management System (Dayforce Learning)
Booking of training courses, processing of joining instructions and updating attendance lists
Issuing course evaluation surveys and developing reports
Claiming CITB grants as required
Assisting the People Development BP in collating all information for Sector training plans
Maintaining our professional development records
Experience as a L&D Administrator
Excellent, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook skills
GCSE English & Maths (4-9 / A-C)
 
Experience of developing eLearning content
