Job Description

Record360 is a digital tool for documenting the condition of assets like vehicles and equipment through photos and videos. It helps prevent disputes by securely storing visual records before and after rentals, ensuring transparency and trust.


The Record360 Executive team is a dynamic group of sales professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We pride ourselves on providing solutions to industry challenges with a level of professionalism that sets us apart.


Key Responsibilities


Performance


• Conduct high-quality, customized demonstrations that address the specific challenges and needs of prospects.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, timelines, budgets, and decision-making processes.

• Align Record360’s solutions with the prospect's business needs, ensuring clear value delivery.

• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas.

• Continuously seek improvement, demonstrating a commitment to learning and applying best practices.

• Engage with all stakeholders—including CEOs, CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Accountants—professionally and intelligently.

• Maintain a polished, professional demeanor, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment with urgency and determination.

• Manage time efficiently, driven by a passion for knowledge and a growth-oriented mindset.


Key Skills


• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in influencing and negotiation.

• Outstanding communication, planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Excellent customer service capabilities.

• Strong proficiency in numeric, written, and verbal communication.

• Experienced in business processes and skilled in delivering presentations.

• Experience in the Hire Industry is advantageous.
