We're on the look out for a superstar office manager and administrator to join our dynamic and exciting growing environment. You should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. You should also possess a friendly demeanor so you can effectively interact with office visitors and colleagues.

Position Overview

We are looking for someone who will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This multifaceted role will involve acting on a variety of different responsibilities such as general office management tasks, employee wellness initiatives, community and event coordination, data admin and more. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional with strong attention to efficiency and detail.


Key Responsibilities


Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and resources, ensuring cost-effective practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Implement and monitor office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.


Culture & People

  • Organising internal Events
  • Promoting Charity events and involvement
  • Focus on employee wellness and design & execute initiatives
  • Involvement and Organisation of company arranged external event


Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance with HR regulations.
  • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Coordinate and execute training and development programs for staff.


Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Administrative management of social media channels and company websites


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant working experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, HR, or a similar role within a recruitment, sales or tech company.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • A strong commitment to promoting employee wellness and a positive workplace culture.
