Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, based in Rainham, Essex. Working closely with a junior sales colleague, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales across our product range. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with experience in the plant hire, construction, or engineering markets to make a significant impact on our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth by identifying and targeting potential clients within the construction and engineering sectors
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Work closely with a junior sales colleague, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
* Conduct site visits to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of services and products
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales role within plant hire, construction, engineering, or related industries
* Strong understanding of the products and services in plant hire, machinery, site services, and PPE
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team
* Valid UK driving license
