Exciting Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our innovative and growing company in Rainham, Kent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by making professional outbound telesales calls to targeted prospects and major accounts, securing appointments and generating new business.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to elicit enquiries, win new business, and reactivate previous customers.
  • Master products: Develop an in-depth understanding of our diverse product ranges to engage customers intelligently and meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the internal sales team to generate accurate quotations and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
  • Stay organized: Keep meticulous notes and call records in the Hubspot CRM system, ensuring all correspondence is easily accessible and understood.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience: Demonstrated success as a telesales executive or in a similar role.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Excellent communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persistent & resilient: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player: Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
