Business Development Manager - Field Based

Psixty Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their expanding team in the Essex region. This field-based role offers the opportunity to manage your own territory and play a key role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Essex region, promoting the company's waste management services.
  • Drive sales through cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • Manage every step from identifying potential clients to closing deals.
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

About You:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within the service industry.
  • Confident in cold calling and client meetings, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and capable of managing a full sales pipeline.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently, and comfortable with field-based travel.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
