We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Compliance Team Co-ordinator to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business that prides itself on quality and service.
Your responsibilities will include answering client telephone calls and email enquiries, maintaining and updating the companys bespoke database, and converting information into Excel spreadsheets. Youll schedule appointments for inspections, speaking directly to landlords, and monitoring case progress to ensure work is completed within the correct timeframes for compliance. Part of your role will also include uploading certificates to the CRM system and upselling products after initial training.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate with experience in Excel and database systems. You should have a confident and outgoing personality, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to work methodically with excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients are essential. Experience in customer service would be advantageous. A team player mentality is important, as youll be collaborating with both operational departments and other members of the team.
