Compliance Team Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and methodical person for the role of Compliance Team Co-ordinator for our client based in Walsham-Le-Willows, Suffolk. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who has worked in a similar role where customer service and administration are both key elements. This is a full time, permanent position offering a starting salary of £22,800 and working hours of 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday.
The Company
The company are a property maintenance company who provide a wide range of services to customers all over the UK. These include gas and electrical safety inspections, Legionella testing, CO2 and smoke alarm repairs and installations. With 25 years experience within the residential lettings industry the company have recently expanded their offering to include boiler installations too The role will be working in a lovely rural setting, with a supportive team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic person to work in a small yet pivotal team that manages some key clients work flow. The main focus of the role is to maintain a bespoke database, while assisting in the scheduling of work and answering client telephone calls and email enquiries. Up selling products as necessary.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
* Answering client telephone calls and email enquiries
* Updating the CRM and converting information into Excel Spreadsheets
* Speaking to landlords and scheduling appointments for inspections etc. Upselling where possible
* Checking timeframes of work already scheduled to ensure its within the correct timeframe for compliance
* Monitoring the progress of cases
* Uploading certificates to the CRM
* Reacting to inbound calls
Working in a lovely rural setting, this role will suit someone who has a methodical approach to work and is meticulous over detail. Someone who is also a confident communicator with the following skills and attributes:
* Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Computer literate and experienced working with Excel and database packages
* A confident and outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
* Organised with a keen eye for detail
* A people person with a friendly manner and the ability to engage and communicate well
* A team player who is happy to assist other team members and collaborate with operational departments
* Customer Service Experience would also be highly desirable
Pay & Hours
The role is offered on a full-time, Permanent basis (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm. The starting salary is £22,800 per annum + Benefits.
Important Info
