Day to Day:

The role is working on a  housing maintenance contract. 
Arranging engineers to visit tenants' property to carryout repairs
General admin duties
Liaising with engineers and tenants over the phone
Inputting information on a database, excel spreadsheet
Making outgoing calls to customers
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Excellent general office admin experience
Good communication skills
Previous customer service experience
Ability to use Microsoft office programs, excel spreadsheets, outlook emails
Ideally experience in a Planning/ Scheduling role
Office based role Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm

Hybrid role potentially available.
