At Premier Jobs UK Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our team in Guildford. As a key member of our mortgage brokerage, you will play a vital role in the management and maintenance of client accounts.
Job Summary:- We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- This full-time position involves working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
- You will be entitled to 20 days' holiday per annum, plus bank holidays, and enrollment in our company pension scheme.
- Pre-meeting preparation and planning, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Processing of mortgages, protection, and general insurance applications, maintaining accurate records.
- Accurate completion and signing of application forms, meeting regulatory requirements.
- Maintenance of client records on our management system and timely updates, guaranteeing data integrity.
- Compilation of reports, obtaining sign-off for new business recommendations, and sending post-meeting reports to clients.
- Responding to client and provider queries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Liaising with providers, solicitors, and other third parties to meet deadlines, fostering strong relationships.
- Managing personal inbox, responding to client and external communications as required, ensuring prompt attention to inquiries.
- Maintaining diaries, trackers, and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, supporting efficient workflow.
- Updating fact-find status in conjunction with advisors and managing daily post, contributing to team success.
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrator, preferably in a mortgage-related field.
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential), demonstrating expertise.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels.
- Organized problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail, guaranteeing accuracy.
- Practical understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, facilitating seamless integration.
