Due to continuing expansion our client, a national manufacturing company is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and ambitious Sales Administrator to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include.
- Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
- Update clients on issues such as new products, promotional campaigns or joint marketing programs.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Data input, checking and reconciliation into the company system
- Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that clients receive excellent customer service.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments.
- Manage customer issues by using an internal support desk system to ensure the issues are resolved in a fast and professional manner.
- Arranging and amending deliveries
- Other ad-hoc activities such raising purchase orders and customer invoicing.

You will demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and prioritise a heavy workload in order to meet strict deadlines. Experience using a CRM system would be an advantage as would a working knowledge of Excel and other MS packages.
