The Opportunity:
Are you ambitious and target-driven? We are seeking a Business Development Consultant for an uncapped, commission-only role during probation, with a pathway to a salaried position. You’ll generate and qualify leads from UK companies in construction and renewable energy sectors.
What’s In It For You?

Uncapped Earnings: Earn 10-15% per placement. Top performers can achieve monthly earnings into thousands, based purely on performance.
*
Salary & Commission: After probation, you’ll move to a salaried position with continued commission earnings.
*
Full Training Provided: We offer training, equipment, and ongoing mentorship.
*
Expenses covered during probation, including food, drink, and business expenses.
Your Role:
* Generate leads within the construction, renewable energy, and building services sectors.
* Qualify opportunities by gathering key hiring information.
* Collaborate with the Director and team to turn leads into placements.
* Meet and exceed targets, with uncapped potential.
Ideal Candidate:
* Confident communicator with a passion for sales.
* Motivated by achieving results and driven to succeed.
* Organised, able to maintain client relationships and records.
* No prior recruitment experience needed – we provide full training.
Location:
Based at our office at 25 Wingate Road, Gosport, with flexible remote working options based on performance.
