Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the HR team to design competitive and effective reward and recognition programmes
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark against competitors
Manage the annual salary review process and ensure fair and consistent reward practises
Advise senior leaders on compensation packages for new hires and promotions
Stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes related to reward practisesRequirements:

Proven experience as a Reward Specialist in a legal or professional services environment
Strong knowledge of reward strategies, benchmarking, and market trends
Familiarity with compensation and benefits programmes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
