Strategic Partner Program Manager

Contract: 12 months

Work type: Hybrid, 3 days on site. More required dependent on needs of the business

Our client, a global leading tech giant are looking for an events focused program manager to join their London team

Job responsibilities

• Build and leverage a strong understanding of our clients portfolio and identify areas of collaboration with partners

• Act as the main point of contact between the EBP and strategic partners

• Manage multiple, complex, highly collaborative projects, ensuring goals are clear, team and stakeholders are informed, and delivery timelines are met

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute planned days across EMEA, including agenda building, venue sourcing, speaker sourcing and prepping and project management of the event, with the support of line manager and local marketing contact / agency

• Develop a clear vision for each activity - considering the audience, purpose, and desired outcomes

• Coordinate with partner sales teams to create joint audience acquisition strategy when relevant

• Support briefing consultant in preparing agendas for individual accounts, when necessary and build a strategy

• Work closely with subject matter experts to curate relevant content for briefings, especially relevant use cases

• Work with 3rd party agency to ensure an up leveled customer experience across in-centre and field activities

• A strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and meet critical deadlines

• Comfortable interacting with Executive-level engagements and Executive-level communications

• Negotiation and influence skills; confidence in handling objections and driving productive meetings

• Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Associate/Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years equivalent work experience
