About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with proven experience with integration of M&A activity programs and processes, with a demonstrable track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program objectives and align with organizational goals.
  • Program Leadership: Oversee the entire program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Integration Management: Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans across a variety of M&A activity (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, lift-outs, tuck-in, acquihires) to ensure seamless transitions and alignment of business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources effectively to ensure program milestones are met on time and within budget, while tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of program activities.

We offer an estimated salary of $**170,000 - $220,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.
