As the Partner Program Manager, you are in charge of the Partner Program roll-out in the Americas cluster. Together with cluster's stakeholders within OVHcloud, you carry end-to-end responsibility for the success of the Partner Program in your region.
The successful candidate needs to be passionate for channel strategy, have a good grasp on indirect sales, business operations, and processes. He/she supports the local sales teams in acquiring, growing and animating the partners ecosystem to ultimately unleash partner productivity and profitability.

Your main responsibilities

Within the Partner Program team, you will drive partners acquisition (VARs, SIs, MSPs, Consulting & Training companies), support partners onboarding and training, animate the partner portfolio in close relationship with our local digital & physical sales teams, monitor the program KPIs for the cluster.
Working with the Channel Sales managers, you will be the local evangelist of the Partner Program. You will heavily contribute to the end-to-end Partner Program lifecycle at the cluster level.

Partners acquisition & qualification

Maintain a deep understanding of the partners landscape in the cluster Identify potential partners candidates through key events, market observation and collaboration with our preferred suppliers Create and maintain the editorial calendar for Social Media publications (organic/paid) Attend and speak at key industry events, as well as organizing webinars or local events, to promote the Partner Program Qualify the candidates and pass-on to the dedicated sales teams Maintain the Partner Program dashboard and ensure activity is aligned with acquisition objectives set for the cluster

Partners onboarding & trainings

Run the onboarding sessions for the new partners and create tutorial videos to empower partners Deploy the training plan for the cluster, including ensuring coordination with the communication teams (local and/or corp) and alignment with the dedicated sales teams Complete Business Development Plans with Advanced Partners and set training objectives with them in order to pave the way for success Promote the training/certifications available, track the dynamics and ensure results are aligned with objectives Make sure the partners respect the partnership contract (trainings, revenue threshold, subscription to the appropriate technical support level, ...) through QBRs and regular conversations

Partners farming & marketing animation

Drive the monthly partner newsletter in the cluster (local language) and ad-hoc emailings sent through our marketing email automation platform Maintain the animation roadmap including organizing/coordinating partner webinars Together with sales director(s), define local co-marketing plan and events with major partners (using MDFs), support delivery and track results Moderate the Partner Program website in the cluster (Partner directory, top partners logo display, online literature, ...) Serve as a source of truth for Partner Program in the cluster
