Job Title: Activities Coordinator
Location: Hexham
Salary: £23,000-£28,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Annual Leave: 6 weeks
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team in Hexham. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading a wide range of activities that promote engagement and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual and group needs.
* Coordinate events, workshops, and outings.
* Foster social interaction and participation among participants.
* Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure activities are inclusive and safe.
* Monitor and report on participation levels and feedback to improve future activities.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in activity planning or coordination, ideally in a care or community setting.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Creativity and the ability to adapt activities to suit a variety of interests and abilities.
* Enthusiasm for enhancing the well-being of participants.
