Job Overview:
Stoneacre Motor Group, one of the UK's largest family-run businesses, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to oversee marketing activities for Aston Martin and Lexus brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking for their first role or a current marketing practitioner seeking to advance their career. The role will be based at either Newcastle Aston or Lexus Newcastle, and a full driving license is essential for this position.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Aston Martin and Lexus brands to comprehend marketing objectives and assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans.

2. Marketing Plan Execution: Execute marketing plans in line with brand guidelines, ensuring effective use of available resources and channels.

3. Product Placements: Coordinate and manage product placement activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer interest.

5. Social Media Marketing: Drive social media initiatives by creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and analysing performance metrics.

6. Google Marketing: Develop and manage Google marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) ads and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, to increase online visibility and drive traffic.

7. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing campaign results, generate reports, and propose optimizations to achieve better outcomes.

8. Budget Management: Work within assigned budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or similar practical experience.
- Familiarity with marketing principles, practices, and digital marketing trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- A valid and full driving license is essential for this role.
