Are you a Sales Administrator looking to work in a well-established and exciting company who have gone from strength to strength since the 1980s as a part of a small team that's taking steps to reach its next level of growth?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established chimney manufacturer with international clients as they start go into the next stages of their ambitious growth plans. This subsection of the European company is based in Guildford and is looking for someone to join the team in order to grow alongside them as they offer progression and industry specific training.

In this role, a successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for communicating and assisting with clients via both email and phone calls, to perform data entry tasks accurately

This role would suit a result driven individual who is an excellent communicator that already lives in the peaceful countryside of Surrey.

The ideal Sales Administrator would have experience in similar role or transferable skills and eager to join a local and well-established business.

The Role

Manage and process customer orders
Take incoming calls whilst being both friendly and professional
Keep records of customer interactions and file documents accordinglyThe Person

Degree preferred but not necessary
Customer service experience (preferred)
