Red Recruit, a leading Removals specialist based in Surrey, seeks an experienced Relocation Sales and Operations Administrator to join their team. This dynamic role will provide sales, bid, and operational administrative support to the Commercial Moving Division.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administration and customer service experience, with strong skills in written and verbal communication, meeting deadlines, and working as part of a team.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £28,000, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management and storage sheet control
  • Data maintenance and system updates
  • Paperwork preparation and distribution
  • Stationery and uniform replenishment
  • Meeting coordination and confirmation
  • Sales report generation and analysis
  • Customer inquiry handling and payment processing
  • Sales lead input for the sales team
  • Marketing support (Case Studies)
  • Newsletter management
  • Purchase Order and invoice processing
  • OH&S and Environment policy compliance
