A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Relocation Administrator to join our client, a Removals specialist based in Surrey. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing sales, bid and operational admin support to the company's Business Relocation Division.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Moving, your duties will include:

  • Inventory scanning and managing inventory storage sheets
  • Maintaining and updating data on internal systems
  • Issuing paperwork to relevant team members
  • Monitoring and replenishing stationery and crew uniform
  • Sending meeting confirmations
  • Running monthly sales reports to provide for analysis
  • Managing new customer enquiries, updating quote sheets and processing payments from customers
  • Inputting sales leads for the sales department
  • Marketing support (Case Studies)
  • Managing the company newsletter
  • Raising Purchase Orders and invoices accordingly
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S and Environment policies at all times, and reporting any risks and providing instruction to other employees and subcontractors

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administration professional who has at least 3 years experience in this field. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in administration, customer service and communication. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, then we would like to hear from you.

In return, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £28,000, dependent on skills and experience.
