You will join our friendly implementation team, who are the frontline for customer on-boarding journey. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth implementation of the Company's products to new customers by scheduling pre and post implementation product training. Bringing great communication skills, you will work collaboratively with others in the team and across the company to ensure the best experience for our customers.
This role is for a fixed term period of 6 months.
**What you'll do**:
- Schedule training sessions with customers, explaining implementation process, training and attendee requirements and issue welcome packs
- Book internal trainers based on location and availability
- Raise additional customer orders on internal CRM systems
- Work with other teams to ensure a smooth implementation process
**What you'll bring**:
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
- A positive, can do attitude and a calm demeanour when dealing with conflicting priorities
- An understanding or experience gained in the care sector
- Experience of using CRM systems and scheduling tools would be highly advantageous
