**Vehicle Sales Administrator**
**Mercedes-Benz of Guildford**
We are currently looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join the team at Mercedes-Benz of Guildford.
**Key Accountabilities**
As Sales Administrator you will need to ensure that the following duties are performed to the highest standards:
- Process New and Used orders placed by our customers
- Provide updates to internal and external parties
- Raise relevant documentation for customers
- Provide weekly updates to sales staff on current orders
- Process New, Used and Fleet vehicles
- Upload finance documents
- Ensure vehicles are paid in full by customers prior to taxing
- Taxing of both new and used vehicles
- Raise internal requests for vehicle pre delivery inspection and additional agreed work
- Assist with bringing site purchases into stock
- Registering service plans
**Key Skills**
- Professional personal manner and committed to providing first class customer service
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Computer skills - Word / Excel
- Experience working with Kerridge.
- High level of accuracy and attention detail.
**Experience in a similar role within the Motor Industry is desirable.**
Hours of work are 40 per week working Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30 with 1-hour unpaid break
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
