The Role:


We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Partnerships & Alliances to lead our partner and alliance strategy. In this player-manager role, you’ll be at the helm of developing and executing plans to enhance our product capabilities and market reach through key integrated partners. You’ll drive the Partnerships & Alliances' new business targets, shaping strategic and tactical sector plans to unlock new revenue streams while mentoring and guiding your team to success.


This role reports to the Commercial Director and is integral to our leadership team, working closely with key stakeholders across product, marketing, and the executive suite.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive partner sales strategy aimed at surpassing revenue targets and expanding market share.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring a seamless process that maximizes efficiency and outcomes.
  • Client & Partner Advocacy: Build and nurture relationships with key industry decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor who tailors solutions to meet specific business needs.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for your sales initiatives.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in partnership sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the Payment Processing or B2B eCommerce sectors.
  • Proven Success: A strong track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with significant experience in demand generation and sales operations.
  • Strategic Acumen: Ability to analyze data, identify market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a passion for developing talent.
  • Communication Prowess: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
