Job Title: Head of Partnership

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Partnership to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our partnership strategy, building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including travel associations, tour operators, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures
  • Lead and manage a team of partnership professionals to ensure effective delivery of partnership objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure partnership success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in partnership development and management, preferably in the travel industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
