Head of Community Fundraising and Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Community Fundraising and Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our community fundraising efforts and develop strategic partnerships that will help us achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of community fundraisers across the UK, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community fundraising strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, charities, and corporate partners.
- Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities, including events, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient use of funds and maximize returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to fundraising and engagement.
- Proven experience in community fundraising and partnership development, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK.
