We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Community Fundraising and Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our community fundraising efforts and develop strategic partnerships that will help us make a real difference in the lives of those who serve or have served in the RAF.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of community fundraisers across the UK, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community fundraising strategy that aligns with the charity's overall goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, businesses, and individuals, to secure funding and support for our work.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns to raise awareness of our work and attract new supporters.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our community fundraising efforts, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Proven experience in community fundraising and partnership development, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the charity sector and the challenges faced by those who serve or have served in the RAF.
