About the Role

As the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships at Peridot Partners, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition of new high-net-worth individual (HNWI) and high-value corporate partnership opportunities. Your primary goal will be to diversify income streams and ensure sustainable fundraising for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate new HNWI and corporate partnership opportunities, with a focus on building long-term relationships and securing significant funding commitments.
  • Donor Stewardship: Develop and implement a robust stewardship program to engage and retain existing donors, ensuring they feel valued and informed about the impact of their contributions.
  • Fundraising Events and Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate a range of fundraising events and campaigns, including galas, auctions, and targeted appeals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create compelling materials and case studies that showcase the organization's impact and drive fundraising activities.
  • Philanthropy and Partnerships Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive philanthropy and partnerships strategy, aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing fundraising team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Board and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary fundraising point of contact for the Board and other key stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the fundraising process.

  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with HNWIs and corporate partners.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of achieving fundraising goals and targets, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.
