About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced housing professional to lead our new Housing Partnerships Team. As Head of Housing and Partnerships, you will play a key role in shaping our housing strategy and delivering high-quality social housing services to our residents.

Key responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders across the council and external partners to improve housing delivery, developing and implementing effective partnerships, and managing high-value contracts. A strong understanding of social housing and experience of managing complex projects is essential.

We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships, analyze complex data, and drive positive change. If you have a passion for housing and a proven track record of delivering results, we want to hear from you.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience of housing delivery and management
  • Strong understanding of social housing and its complexities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of managing high-value contracts
