About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Partnerships Manager to lead our new Housing Partnerships Team, which will play a critical role in delivering social housing in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

This is a senior and strategic position that requires a deep understanding of social housing, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively across the council to drive positive change.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value contracts, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and analyzing complex data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Housing Partnerships Team to deliver social housing initiatives and projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including council colleagues and external partners
  • Manage high-value contracts and ensure effective delivery of social housing services
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive positive change
