Job Description

Holt Executive are actively partnered with a world leader in global communication and technology to support a critical hire for a Sales Enablement Specialist.


We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to collaborate across business sectors. You will manage the creation, delivery, and improvement of Product Management Programs (including launch, in-flight, and end-of-life phases), ensuring centrally stored content is accessible to enhance the customer journey.


As an ambassador for Sales Enablement, you will equip sales teams with the tools and knowledge to maximize opportunities and ensure product launch readiness.


Key Responsibilities below for the Sales Enablement Specialist:

  • Facilitate product launches by preparing sales teams to effectively understand and sell solutions.
  • Embed a “sales-ready” process within product development, ensuring accessible by the team and content is organized centrally stored (e.g., Seismic).
  • Administer and maintain timely, accurate, and relevant sales content across all sales stages in strategic enablement platforms.
  • Standardize sales enablement approaches across all sectors while maintaining a centre of excellence.
  • Facilitate meetings, communications, and virtual sessions for the global sales team.
  • Foster a high-performing sales team culture through ongoing learning, market trend awareness, and skill development.
  • Track and analyze sales content usage, providing actionable insights to enhance customer journeys and shape marketing campaigns.
  • Manage various sales enablement projects and activities, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Promote a unified sales team mentality through standardized programs and clear strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices, demonstrate sales methodologies, and effectively utilize technologies.


Key experience and qualifications for the Sales Enablement Specialist:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Enablement role.
  • Proficiency with Seismic and Salesforce platforms.
  • Confident in delivering sales training across an organization.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to leverage data for process improvements.
  • Commercially astute with an aptitude for understanding market dynamics and customer feedback.
  • Calm and focused under pressure, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator, adept at explaining processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Skilled in building relationships across all organizational levels, proven ability to work effectively in dispersed and matrixed teams.
  • Experience working in matrixed corporate environments with diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior business leaders to deliver impactful solutions that meet expectations.
